Awards Ceremony &
Raffle 12:00 PM
The awards ceremony and charity raffle will
follow at the end on the contest at noon in the lower lot at
Montauk State Park. All raffles are available for purchase,
and everyone has an equal chance to win some very cool
prizes.
The true spirit of this event was founded on
gathering together friends and fishing while enjoying a
barbecue or two in an atmosphere of camaraderie that is
truly special and unique to this jovial and proud community
of fisherman.
This is an invitational tournament is for surf fishing clubs
, but all are welcome at the awards ceremony and raffle
that will follow at the end of the contest on Sunday, 12:00
PM in the lower lot of Montauk State Park.
This is a friendly, social gathering of
fishermen who, for 40 hours, yes 40 hours, fish Montauk
Point to accumulate the most points and earn a place on the
Korkers Cup trophy along with bragging rights for one year.
There will be Prizes awarded for the club with the most points as
well as largest of species.
